Drop down / towed video survey and analysis of horse mussel, Modiolus modiolus, beds.

Horse mussel, Modiolus modiolus, beds are a Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) habitat protected under Section 42 of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2008.  The Countryside Council for Wales commissioned Marine EcoSol to assist with towed video surveys off Anglesey, in the Irish Sea. Marine EcoSol undertook the analysis, JNCC Marine Habitat Classification and Marine Recorder data entry.
