As director and co-manager of Marine EcoSol, Harry works on a broad range of tasks from winning new business opportunities, to planning, managing and undertaking coastal surveys and research projects. He has an interdisciplinary background incorporating scientific research, ecological management and marine biological survey diving. Harry has over ten years survey experience including: inshore grab work on small research vessels; fishing effort, activity surveys; including land and ship based cetacean surveys as Marine Mammal Observer (MMO) and Passive Acoustic Monitoring (PAM) operator.

As director and co-manager of Marine EcoSol, Elisabeth works on a broad range of tasks from winning new business opportunities, to planning, managing and undertaking coastal surveys and research projects.  As a keen diver Liz has dived around the UK, from the Isles of Scilly to St Kilda, both for work and pleasure.  In recent years Liz has been working on contracts around the UK coast, most notably working on UK marine Biodiversity Action Planning, undertaking in situ epibenthic surveys, and helping to develop QA and QC techniques for Natural Resources Wales’ marine monitoring programme and participating in the NMBAQC Epibiota and Video quality assurance trials.

 Thomas Stamp

Thomas has a background in ecological survey design, and is adept with a variety of sampling and data analysis techniques. Thomas has worked on a variety of contracts around the United Kingdom which range from; Analysis of dropdown video tows defining epifauna and JNCC biotopes, to, Common Cockle (Cerrastoderma edule) stock assessment of the Scottish Solway Firth.

Recently Thomas has been appointed North Wales Regional Seasearch Coordinator, within this role he organises local training and diving survey events for recreational divers to undertake surveys of the seabed.   

 Frances Perry

Frances has an applied marine biology background and has experience working with UK conservation agencies. From this experience she has comprehensive knowledge for a vareity of survey techniques, which include scientific diving surveys and other ecological monitoring methods.

Recently Frances has been working towards a publications which aims to provide an ID guide of Marine Signs of Life such as eggs, tubes and siphons, for video analysts and in feild surveyors.
